SHIPPING POLICY
All of our items are handmade to order!
Our processing time is 3-5 business days plus shipping time!
*** Some orders may require 5 to 7 days processing time ***
This normally pertains to custom orders and new collection launches!
Orders are shipped USPS (First Class) within the US. Shipping times are approximately 2 to 5 business days in transit. The Little White Willow is not responsible for any USPS errors! We have no control over packages once they have been picked up!

Please confirm your shipping address on the invoice prior to paying your order! Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of the buyer!
EXCHANGE POLICY
We want to make sure you love everything about your Little White Willow purchase!
We are happy to exchange items for a store credit so that you can choose something else! No Refunds!!

*** In order to exchange an item it MUST be unworn and in resale condition!
If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email us at thelittlewhitewillow@gmail.com within 30 days of you receiving your order and we will help get the process for exchange started! The customer is fully responsible for shipping cost. We recommend that you carry insurance on your packages to cover them in the event they are lost during transit! TLWW is not liable to replace your item in that event!

The Little White Willow reserves the right to either accept or deny your return/exchange proposal for any reason, if we deem that your item does not meet the above standards!
