SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped USPS (First Class) within the US. Shipping times is approximately 1 to 5 business days in transit. The Little White Willow is not responsible for any USPS errors! We have no control over packages once they have been picked up!

We are typically able to process and ship orders in 3 to 5 business days.
*** Some orders may require 7 to 10 days production time
to prepare prior to shipping! This normally pertains to custom orders and new collection launches!

Please confirm your shipping address on the invoice prior to paying your order! Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of the buyer!
EXCHANGE POLICY
We want to make sure you love everything about your Little White Willow purchase, so we're happy to exchange an item of equal value for "store credit" only! No Refunds!! If you would like to exchange for an item of higher value than what you purchased we can send you a invoice for the difference in the cost.

*** In order to exchange an item it MUST be unworn and in resale condition!
If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email me at thelittlewhitewillow@gmail.com within 30 days of you receiving your order and we will help get the process for exchange started! The customer is fully responsible for shipping cost. We recommend that you carry insurance on your packages to cover them in the event they are lost during transit! TLWW is not liable to replace your item in that event!

The Little White Willow reserves the right to either accept or deny your return/exchange proposal for any reason, if we deem that your item does not meet the above standards!

Custom Orders are not eligible for return or exchange! (Those sales are final)
